Store the bars at an ambient temperature of 16 – 20°C in a wine cooler at all times. Alternatively, it can be refrigerated. Please avoid exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
In case of refrigeration, take the bar out of the refrigerator 5 – 8 minutes prior to consumption.

The first from our bean to bar selection, our 73% Idukki single origin bar is handcrafted with single origin cacao sourced from Idukki, Kerala. We hand sort, roast, grind, and conche our beans over a period of 4 days to create this beautifully complex two ingredient chocolate. Experience a bright bouquet of red fruit with a light astringency, followed by warm, spicy notes and a well rounded, long lasting finish.
