At Cacaobleu, we take great pride in crafting our products to order with the highest quality ingredients. For this reason, we do not accept any returns or refunds for our products, except for exceptional cases.
If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please contact us within the first 1 hour of delivery. We will review your case and make a decision on whether to issue a refund or replacement. We may request photographic evidence of the issue to help us make a fair and informed decision.
We will not issue refunds or replacements for any products that have been consumed or damaged after the first 1 hour of delivery. Please note that as taste is a subjective matter, any issues with the taste or texture of our products that are not the result of damage or defect are not covered by our return or refund policy.
In exceptional cases, we may choose to make a discretionary refund or replacement if we determine that it is necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and our brand reputation. However, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria for exceptional cases.
